After years working in residential development and property management, I saw that consistency and care was the exception–not the rule. Managing all the properties means needing a lot of Handy people to fix things up. But so few ever delivered the quality they promised, or geez–communicated with me. So when I shifted from owning a property management company to owning a handy human company I knew exactly where I wanted to make a change. The world needed trustworthy, dedicated, expert Handy Humans to take care of their homes. And the rest–is herstory!
